Details (विवरण)
This scheme is given by the Department of Labour, Employment, Training & Skill Development, Government of Jharkhand. This is a fully state government scheme that will be given to the residents of Jharkhand, i.e., those people who have domicile certificates can benefit from this scheme. This scheme provides Rs 30,000 benefits for the marriage of two female children/members of the family.
Benefits (लाभ)
This scheme provides financial assistance of Rs 30,000/- ( Rupees Thirty Thousand only) for the marriage of 2 children/female member of the family.
Eligibility( पात्रता)
- The applicant should be the domicile(resident) of the jharkhand state.
- The applicant's age should be between 18-60 years.
- The bride must have attained the minimum age of 18 years and the groom's age is 21 years
- The applicant should be a worker registered with JBOCWW (Jharkhand Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Board).
- The applicant should have engaged in some construction work.
- The registered work should have made continuous contributions for consecutive for 5 years.
- The scheme is applicable for upto 2 children/female members of the family.
Application Procedure(आवेदन प्रक्रिया)

- AADHAR CARD of registered worker.
- AADHAR CARD of bride and groom.
- AGE PROOF of bride and groom.
- RESIDENTIAL/DOMICILE certificate.
- IDENTITY proof.
- E-SHARAM card.
- PASSPORT SIZE photograph.
- PROOF OF REGISTRATION as a construction worker.
- BANK DETAILS of the registered worker.
- INCOME certificate of registered worker.
- MARRIAGE certificate
Registration(Online)
- You have to visit the Official Website.
- At the top right corner, clik 'Login'. On the pop-up screen, clik 'Register Here'.
- On the next page , a registration form will appear. Fill up the mandatory details.
- Create a username and password.
- You must have a valid email ID and a mobile number for the varification of OTP.
Application
- Visit the Official Website.
- At the top right corner, clik 'Login'. Fill up username and password the clik on 'Login'.
- In the ribbon, clik services -> BOC scheme benefit -> Application Form. On the next page application form will appear (Scheme Benefit Form).
- In the 'Basic Details', fill up the form with mandatory details.( BOC registration number will be found in Email ID and also through the sms).
- In the select scheme section, select the scheme from the list that you wish to apply for.
- In the 'Upload Section' , upload the mandatory documents with the specified file size and type.
- Finally clik on 'Submit Request' to submit the application form.
- On the next page "Application ID" will be displayed.
- Please note down the "Application ID" for future reference. This "Application ID" will be sent to the registered Email ID.
Application Status Cheking
- Go to services -> BOC Scheme Benefit -> Application Status
- On the next page, fill in "Application ID". Clik on search.
- After this, the application status will be displayed with the full application details in the tabular format.
- After approval of DLC , the application status will be changed to "Approved"
- Once the application status changed to "Approved" , then take print out of this page and submit it to the Labour Office to get the benefit of the scheme.
- This whole application status have 3 layer of approval , clerk -> Labour Superintendent -> DLC
